[Resolved] Indane — mis behivour with my old aged Mother | |||
Respected Sir... earlier we were having connection with ekta gas agency(ahmedabad, gujarat) which was closed and connection got transferred to Shilpi Gas agency(satadhar ahmedabad).. our consumer id is 11222. in d name of Hansaben Pandya. yesterdat my mom visited this place to update her aadhar card and bank details as its a mandate of government. but the way she was treated by your team was such a pathetic.. she was littrerly crying when came back to home.. is this a way to talk with your customers? even they were not listing at all.. when i requested to give acknowledgement of complaint they havent accepted it and told me to go to consumer corum... if they r unable to handle customer rush they should increase man power instead of doing mis behaviours with customer... i urge u to look once and take necessary action on erroribg person Was this information helpful? | |||
