[Resolved] Indane — misbehaviour of indane gas agency staff at golden gas agency | |||
i went to book indane gas on[protected]. i was informed by the staff that cylinder will be sent in 10-15 days. after 15 days i again went to golden gas agency on 26.10.2014 and was again informed that the cylinder will be sent on Wednesday i.e.29.10.2014 but till 09.11.2014 no cylinder was sent to my house. When approached to golden gas agency i was again informed that they are not responsible for this delay since they have not been receiving gas from gas company. They refused to write reason for delay in gas book and two ladies staff started shouting at me. one of them was wearing spectacles and she was very cruel in her action and misbehave with every customer who visit in front of me. She is a shame at the name of customer service. she is very adamant and has been using abusing language and shouted at me. Owners were not available at the sight. They are always absent and one mr mukesh and another person mr sharma were also present at the shop but not uttered a single word. All other staff members were working like puppets and only two ladies were shouting at the customers. These ladies are too cruel to be posted even at lowest public service departments. They are very rude and unpleasant in their approach towards public while other staff members are very decent but these two ladies are too arrogant to be accepted in public service.Please take action against owners as well as against these two ladies.
