Indane — Misguiding Customers

I had visited ACME GAS AGENCY-Vadodara(Indane Distributor) two months back for a New Gas Connection. I was told that it was stopped for few weeks and also the forms are not available. After getting sufficient information from Indane call center, I made online request for new gas connection and visited the ACME GAS AGENCY today with the print out of submitted form along with required documents. I visited the the distributor at 4 pm. My application was not accepted. The receptionist said that the new applications are accepted morning 9 to 12 only and behaved very badly.
