Hello team,
I have tried to book refill cylinder on 24th march, the amount has been deducted from my sbi account through google pay but transaction failed. I have filed complaint twice through call centre (Last complaint no: 1-[protected]) and once through mail to [protected]@cyfuture.com. I got reply that it is a case of failed map transaction, issue has been escalated to some hois team. Some indane employee spoken to me over phone from the no [protected].
I received the mail from on april 30, 2019 saying amount will be credited back to my bank account within 15 days, but not received the money.
I have contacted the distributor - murali enterprises, kalyan nagar, bangalore but no positive reply i got from them. They telling regional office has to sort it out, they can't do anything.
Kindly help me to sort it out this, its been pending since almost a month.
