Indane — my order cancelled without intimation | |||
Dear Sir, I had booked my gas via phone with booking number 573727 dated 22-06-15. and today on 08-07-15 my gas distributor is delivering 22-06-15 booking of others but when I querried about my booking it stated that my booking stands cancelled without any notice to me. Now my bookings has to be done and I fear that the delay in this 15 days will deprive me of my 12 subsidized cylinders which I am entitled to every year as my distributor does not accept bookings within 12 days of delivery (i am not sure if this is the rule) I would like to know that when my booking is cancelled why am i not intimated.
