Indane — No delivery of refill cylinder

I received message that your refill cylinder is delivered on 3rd of Dec 2014. On 6th Dec, I went to agency for enquiry and then they said it will be delivered today (6th Dec 2014). Today is 8th Dec 2014 and my refill cylinder is not delivered. This is one of the worst gas agency seen in my life. All staff are indulged in rampant corruption.
