Indane — no refund subsidy amt. at my a/c

I Rajesh kumar my consumer no is 5248, distrubutor name is rasmi rathi, kanlarbagh, patna (bihar). sir, i am submitted all paper related to clam subsidy amt. 3 or 4 times subsidy amt trf. to my bank a/c. gass deliver more than 1 month but no any subsidy amt trf at my bank a/c.one sms recived my mobile the context is the subsidy amt trf to fail . so plese i request to you solve my problem and subsidy amt trf to mu bank a/c. thank and regard.
