Indane — no supply of domestic gas cylinder

i, pratima patwari.my indane gas consumer no-07144 under howrah west bengal, pal enterprise.i did not get supply since 1st january'2015. i already booked through mobile on 13th jan;2015 at 21.01.47. my booking no was 656630.the dealer pal enterprise told me that they send me cylinder, but i can not get it.please inform me the right solution.
