Indane — No supply of Gas cylinder even after 35 days

I have booked gas on 04/09/14 and they have given me booking No.805347. After 35 days I have not received any cylinder or any delivery related sms from Indance. This is not only my problem .. maximum customers of KONNAGAR GAS SERVICE (W.B) wait for gas till 35-45 days every year of PUJA Season. cust.no.016709. Anjali Dutta.
