Indane — non credit of gas subsidy in bank

I have an indane gas connection. My agencies name is maa durga indane gas-lucknow. My consumer no. Is 1053. Since last 3 months i am not getting subsidy credited in my account. I have already furnished aadhar details to bank as well as agency. Despite my repeated complaints neither tha agency nor the bank is helping. Pls help

Please credit amount to my sb ac in state bank in future also which is already attached.
