Indane — NON DELIVER OF LPG REFILL CYLINDER

I booked one Refill LPG Cylinder through online (http://indane.co.in/) i.e.900019 dtd. 18012015. But now, Silchar Indane Service told me that the above mentioned reference no. is not available on their system. So, they will not deliver the refill LPG cylinder against my reference no. Please take necessary steps for getting my cylinder as early as possible against the reference no.-900019 & reply me the exact solution on my mail [protected]@YAHOO.IN.
