[Resolved] Indane — Non delivery of cylinders at home/charging excess money&no bills | |||
I have booked a refill cylinder-Booking no.218065 on 20 Aug.2014 with M/s Marymatha Agencies, Ponkunnam, Kottayam Dt., Till today, the cylinder is not delivered.I have sent two complaints in this regard.Docket nos.1544708&709 both dated 31 Aug.2014.But, no action has been taken by Indane gas authorities.I tried to sent emails(address given in the customer care section of Indane).But, all mails bounced.The above agency does not deliver cylinders at home.Customer has to carry the empty cylinder to the main road, collect refill & take it home at his own expense/risk.So, cylinders are not connected to the stove&tested for leaks.The agency charges Rs.480/-per refill.They do not issue bills.I want my cylinders to be delivered at home, connect to the stove&test for leak.I also want a proper bill for each refill cylinder.Now, if Indane is unable to take action to deliver my refill cylinder even after 40 days, I will be forced to approach higher authorities in New Delhi.I made a telephonic complaint to your Kochi office last week, but nothing happened.
