Indane — Non Delivery of gas cylinder

My gas connection No is cx10993743 with Himani Gas Service, Dehra Dun. Till date they have never supplied gas cylinder without my visiting their agency. Online booking has not given me any benefit. Their delivery boy keeps supplying to either unauthorised persons or out of turn . I had booked gas on 07Jul15, booking status given by automated service is that it has been delivered on 14Jul15, whereas till date no cylinder has been delivered to me. Request for the needful.
