Indane — Non delivery of gas cyllinder

My Consumer No CX 6411479 and the agency name is Neo Gas Enterprises, Kalka, Dist. Panchkula (Haryana). I had booked for a refil cylinder on mobile, Booking No 251013 dt 22 Jan and Cash memo No [protected] dt 28 Jan 2015. I asked the staff but there was not satisfactory response from them. I have tried to complaint on Mob No [protected], but always given the message this line is busy. It is also informed that I have already deposited the Aadhar Card and bank details And I have received subsidy in the month of Nov & Dec 2013 and Jan 2014. For your info and favourable action please.
