[Resolved]  Indane — Non delivery of refill cylinder even after repeated request

Hello, My Indane Consumer Number is 28117 with Sai Sewa enterprises, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. I had booked for a refill on 20.10.2014. I received a sms on 31.10.2014. that the cash memo has been generated and the cylinder will be delivered shortly. After few days of waiting when I phoned to know the status, to my surprise I got to know that my cylinder has already been delivered on 01.11.2014, whereas no cylinder was delivered to me. After some days of patiently waiting, I visited the Sai Sewa Enterprises office on 13.11.2014 and complained to their officials, they told me to contact the delivery vendor and gave his mobile no. From that day till today I have phoned him at least four times a day, and always receiving the answer, 'I am sending your cylinder today, right now, etc, etc." But till today I have not received any cylinder. After understanding this sheer amount of lies, I went to the Sai Sewa office again and formally registered a complaint and still there is no hope of immediate delivery. Can someone please look into this matter of shall I have to keep just hoping and dreaming of receiving the cylinder. Where else I can go if at this forum this matter is not resolved.
