Indane — Non delivery of refills

Sir, I am a senior citizen. I have been a consumer of indane gas since 02.07.91through jyothi gas distributor, Mundakayam, kottayam. My consumer no is.1515 and i have booked for gas on 12.01.15. My booking is valid and i havent got a full cylinder till now. I have not got any response from the distributor and i am telephoning them most days to know the status. They say dates and i will be waiting for the delivery all day with out any use. Now i am facing lot of problems as both my cylinders are empty. Please take necessary action against such irresponsibility in delivering the refills.
