Indane — Non receipt of Gas cylinder inspite of the Cash memo generated on 4.3.2015 Consumer No.281665

Sir, I have booked for the cylinder about 25 days ago and I was advised that I have to link with the bank and again booked about 15 days ago. My booking was accepted and Ihave received an SMS to say that the Cash memo No.[protected] has been generated on 4.3.2015 for the booking no.[protected] and will be delivered soon. Today when I called the distributor he informs me to say that the booking was wrong and it will be postponed the time he has not been able to tell. We were made to wait indefinitely which is not right. I have a single cylinder and you know the difficulty of a single cylinder holder. Please do the needful. Thanks. Jeyabalan A.
