Dated : 09-12-14 Dear Sir, I have booked my 7th Indane LPG Cylinder on 08-11-14 and the booking no. allotted to me was 491, my gas agency name is "Kanpur Gas And Allide Agency", at 25/7, Mall Road Kanpur, and my consumer no. is 6276 in the name of Surya Prasad Chaurasia. But about 1 month has been passed away and my home-delivery of the LPG has been not yet received by me, and the agency is not giving me the proper response and asking for the re-booking again. MY COMPLAINT IS STILL UNRESOLVED. I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE NEITHER FROM THE "INDANE", NOR FROM YOUR COMPLAINT FORUM. AND MY LPG CYLINDER'S DELIVERY IS STILL NOT YET RECEIVED BY ME.
