Indane — Non-receipt of subsidy

I, Anjali Misra having consumer no.25650 duly receiving cylinders from M/s. Blue Star of 43 G.T. Road, Bhadrakali, Hooghly. I have received the cylinder from them on 08/08/2015 and my LPGID is[protected] b ut my Bank Account with SBI, Uttarpara [protected] has not yet been credited with the subsidy amount.
