Indane — Non supply of Indane gas even after 13 days

I am consumer of Indane at Jhansi, Ram Raja Indane Gas Service. My booking was done through phone . On 21st March 2015 I received SMS stating that my Cash Memo No i [protected], & Booking No is 220127. It was informed that gas will be delivered with in short period. I am sorry to inform you that till today i.e.3rd April 2015 LPG has not been supplied to me. It appears there is some bungling going on. Please enquire the matter and take early action.
