sir /madam this is to bring to your notice that my mother is 69 years of age and the connection was in my fathers name who passed away 6 year ago. the connection no. is SIG1874 dtd 15.07.86 which was with M/S SWATI INDANE GAS SERVICES 240 B.T.ROAD KOL -36 PH: 25781745/1736.when we asked for transfer the gas in my mothers name they charges RS 350 for ( MR. MONOJIT MTRA swati gas services employe)now they have not transferred the GAS . He is not giving the connection no. although all the documents have been submitted. They want original documents. But we have one original document(1ST booking paper NO: 235997 DTD 15.07.86) & 2 is Xerox ( 2nd cylinder booking paper RS 900/=) .Now they demand us rs 2000/- because of paper. Can u tell is it possible to keep original paper before 30 years back. My mother lives alone 69 years age .i would be grateful if you could help me .
