Hi,
Shivshankar Gas Agency (Porur, Chennai) is not activating my gas connection (customer id: 83475) which was under safe custody.
I've visited the branch personally and submitted all necessary documents and fees on 12-Oct'14, but I didn't get the connection so far. I was informed that there is a technical challenge in re-activating my connection but I don't understand why they not able to resolve for a month now.
Alternatively I was forced to take up a new connection by paying more amount... I haven't chosen this option and waiting for my connection to get activated without any clue.
I would highly appreciate if you could help me resolving this sooner possible since I'm struggling for food preparation for a month...
