Indane — Not getting my new connection

I am Rajdipta Das, applaing new indane lpg connection by online, after waitlist no.[protected] Created i submitted my documents and kyc to my nearest indane disributer shanti gas service, Binnaguri, jalpaiguri, west bengal wih referrenceno.N[protected], KYC[protected] dt.22, 11, 14.today i.e 10.07.15 I got mail from indane about amount for new connection.my lgp distributer send a men for enquery at my address bt when i ask distributer about my connection he refused to give new connection, reason of it i have not a proper kitchen.plz suggest me what can i do.thanking u.my email add.
