Indane — Not getting subsidy

i have submitted my document for getting subsidy twice at bhawani indane triveniganj, supaul(bihar).but i am not getting subsidy we complained about it at bhawani indane office at supaul many times.the office staffs do not take any interest regarding this matter . even i said to transfer my connection to other agency which is also operating from supaul, but they are not ready to transfer the connection .
