Indane — Not getting subsidy in my account

I have provide my bank details to my lpg distributor and my aadhar no. Is updated with my bank. Despite that i am not getting my due subsidy in my bank account. My distributor says he is help less and can not do any thing for the same. Please look in to it and start my subsidy.

Agency of my lpg is
Kalka gas services, kalka ji new delhi
And gas provider is indane.
