[Resolved]  Indane — Not received cylinder against booking no 245577 on dated 05- Dec-2014

Respectable Sir/Madam, We have not received cylinder booked against booking no. 245577 on dated 05-Dec-2014, On confirmation from Gas agency on 30 -Dec-2014, we received reply that all booking are cancelled, no communication received from agency. We are waiting for cylinder from 6th Dec 2014 & we are using cylinder for preparing Food as we had only one cylinder, we also found that agency person delivering cylinder in black to reputed houses, As a simple man no one at agency ready to listen anything, I beleive in consumer forum Best Regards, On behalf of Charanjit Kaur Husband Prabhjot Singh
