I AM THE CONSUMER OF DOMESTIC INDANE LPG (CONSUMER NO. CX394337) AND UNABLE TO GET THE REFILLED CYLINDER. I AM NOT ABLE TO BOOK REFILL CYLINDER ONLINE OR BY IVRS OR BY SMS AS STATED IN (http://indane.co.in/book_cylinder.php) WEBSITE, I HAD SPOKEN WITH IOCL CUSTOMER CARE THEY TOLD TO REGISTER MOBILE NO AT DISTRIBUTOR. I AM CALLING TO DISTRIBUTOR (PADMAVATHY INDANE GAS AGENGCY, SHAKTINAGAR RAICHUR) FOR BOOKING SINCE LAST 40 DAYS, NITHER BOOKING NOR TAKING ACTION TO REGISTER MY MOBILE NO TO ACTIVATE IVRS SERVICE. THEY CALLED ME TO SHOP BUT WHEN I REACHED, SHOP WAS CLOSED AND THEY ‘LL NOT RECIEVE CALLS ALSO AND AFTER WARDS THEY GIVE EXCUSES. INSPITE HAVING DOUBLE CYLINDERS THEN ALSO I NEED TO BEG CYLINDERS FROM MY NEIGHBOURS. THE DISTRIBUTOR IS INEFFICIENT TO DISCHARGE HIS DUTY. PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND TAKE NECESSARY STEPS.
