Indane — Not Yet Received the cylinder

From last few months onwards we are facing continuous problems from distributors as well as Company side. No one is taking responsibility and provide proper solution, Vide Booking no.618813 on 14/04/2015 but still not yet received. I have also complained against it vide complain no.-2114695 but there is no response properly...At the distributor also side there is no response, at any time phone is busy or not receiving up calls.
