[Resolved] Indane Oil Company — Distribution of refill | |||
"Nataraj Eneterprises" is not able to handle the consumers spreaded upon a large area of Bangalore North and there is a long time needed to get the refill. At times, consumers need to wait for a month or more after booking the refill. The delivery person do not deliver the refill in the area "Singapura Layout and Varadarajsami L/O" and arround and the consumers are forced to take up their empty cylinders and stand in the line in the scorching sun for minutes together at the place where the cylinders are unloaded for door to door distribution and carry the filled cyinder back. If a person is not ready to go and get the refill from the so called "Godown", the distributor cancels the booking with a handy reason saying "he could not find the address". AND THE WHOLE CYCLE REPEATS. Further the distributor demands for 20 to 50 Rs. above the refill bill at the time of handing over the refill, and this depends on where the delivery is done. i.e, if I go to the junction where the refills are unloaded, he demands for 30Rs. and if he brings it to home, 50 or at times even more... Upon all this, refusal toward the "DEMANDED TIP" he threatens us by taking back the refill or delay in the next one. Was this information helpful? | |||
