[Resolved]  Indane — online booking but cyl not recd

dear sir/madam, connection no 839, booking no 216000 on dated 19.12.14, Dealer deepika indane gas Bhoopatwala haridwar. As mentioned a above I were book the cyl through online on 19.12.14 & cash memo [protected] generated on 20.1.14.and also we have recd the SMS that your cyl has been recd on 20.1.14. But physically we have not recd the same cylinder. I m facing that type of problem since last two booking. So kindly request u please do needful to avoid the inconvenience.
