My Gas connection no. is V -669 Pardeep Gupta. Refill booking was requested on 13.03.15 vide booking no. 235224. Messge regarding cash memo no. [protected] generated was received on 21.03.15 and while personally visiting the dealer on 25.03.15, no proper reply regarding delivery of refill cyclinder.
Reply from the attending girl at counter was rude and showing ignorant regarding delivery of cylinder.
Poorest service I got.
Today I tried several times at your Customer care no. 155233 and the response from them was so poor that can not be explained in words. Customer care attending girl was Ms. Sunita and time was 5.35 P.M. around on 27.03.15, she instead of lodging my complaint my call disconnected. The same story was repeated in my earlier call at the same number, but that time I have not asked the name of the attending person and now this time I first asked the name of the attending girl.
