Dear Sir/Mam, I am Rupendra Kumar Sharma s/o Sri Ram Singh Sharma, 382, Patel Vihar Colony, Near Chaudhary Dharam Kanta, Badaun Road, Subhash Nagar, Bareilly and cosumer of Manisha Gas Agency, 263, City Station Road, Bareilly Ho, Bareilly - 243001, Jasoli, Near Aliya Hospital my consumer number 57446.I booked refill on[protected] booking number is [protected], refill delivered on[protected] with the cash memo [protected].My refill has delivered and subsidy credited in my account on[protected] but i did not recieve refill at my address.I have complaint on toll free number on[protected] with complaint number 2241199 but i could not get any positive response till now.Please look forward the matter and take the disciplinary action against the Service Provider.
