Indane — Refill issue

My consumer number is 4442, and I have booked for a gas refill on[protected], with booking id 2207911. My last delivery date of gas refill was[protected]. Its been two months since I requested for a refill. Now I am running out f gas and I badly need the refill. The agency is just playing games and have not yet delivered me the refill. They are giving false promises and excuses. Last day due to my continuous calls, they told the gas lorry will arrive at my place, but even after waiting for the whole day it did not arrive. Later on I called them and asked for the reason, they just told me that gas cylinders got emptied so they could not deliver. They are just making a fool out of me. I baldy need a response, and hoping that higher authorities will solve my problems.
