Indane — Regarding facing problem while taking my new connection of indane gas.

Sir/Madam, With due respect I beg to say that I had applied the new connection of Indane gas online but when I visited the distributor then they told me that I have to send the hard copy of my documents to the head office, but while filling up the online form there were nothing written like that. and due to this they are not providing me the new connection. Actually they want their commission. They are charging Rs 5000/- for single connection. So kindly help me out and provide me the new connection of Indane gas services. Thanking you.
