[Resolved]  Indane — Regarding Gas leak

Sir, We have received the Gas cylinder on 08th Aug'14. When we opened the cap of the cylinder it is found leaking . we have contacted the agency and told this matter. several times we had contacted the agency but still date they have not replaced the cylinder. It is a very serious matter but they are not at all taking care of these type of serious issues. The person who is delivering the gas cylinder is also taking additional charges of rs30 to rs40 on each cylinder. My consumer no is 10400. Name:Suseelamma. Agency name:Gurukripa agency, Alappuzha.
