Dear Sir, I am Mrityunjay Mandal from Agarpara, Sukanta Pally, Kolkata - 700109, my consumer no. 15617 my distributor name is M/S. Sharmila Indane Service, 24/1, B.T. Road, Agarpara, Kolkata - 700109. To day I have request to my distributor's to change my booking phone number from [protected] to[protected] so that I can booking smoothly as the [protected] number is surrender. I requested by letter but concern staff of Sharmila Indane Service told me that its about one or two month to change the said number also he ignore to give me receipt of this letter. although I have submitted the letter to him for change. Sir, I request to you please look into the matter and I can booking my gas as soon as possible.
