Dear Sir, I am a customer of Indane and get my gas supply through M/S Amar Enterprise, Sardar Shankar Road, Kolkata. Our Consumer No.is 19227. For the last one month, we have been trying to complete the full formalities for DBTL but have received no cooperation from the gas distributor. I am a 65 year old retired heart patient and even I have had to visit the distributor office six times already without any success.
