Indane — state subsidy not credited

i have consumer no-17371 with varsha gas agencies mani nagar ( east ) phone no[protected]. i have allready linked my lpg gas connection with adhar card & susidy also received in s b i account . but i booked lpg gas for refil on on 29/04/2015 7 cash memo genrate on 05/05/2015. as under RATE -607.14 ADD-VAT 30.66 LESS STATE SUBSIDY -30.00 NET AMT 637.50 I am unable to under stand why can charge RS 637.5 INSTEAD OF 630.50/ Please clearify. i wait your possitive response.
