Indane — Sudden cancellation of refill booking after one month of booking | |||
Hello, I am the user of Indane gas with my consumer number cx3439439, residing in Yeshwanthpur. I have booked for the refill on 31st March. I received a message on 28th April saying the refill booking (ref no. [protected]) has been cancelled. I see no reason for the cancellation. Previously my consumer number has been locked because of no booking for more than 3 months, as one gas cylinder will last for more than 3 months in my home. It took about 2 months to unlock my consumer number. Now we are running out of gas cylinder and was expecting the delivery of the refill gas since last week. I have been constantly calling the delivery person Ramachandra ([protected]), but I have always got the response as "Load is yet to come", "Can not deliver the gas to home"... It has become really pathetic with the service provided by the Indane gas distributors, Hebbal. I kindly request you to take the suitable action and help us in getting the Gas cylinder as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
