[Resolved]  Indane — Supply of low weight gas.

Dear Sir/Madam In reference to my complain no - 1571260 & 1583569, I have received a gas (Indane, Consumer No - 08116, Distributor Name - Dum Dum Gas Supply Agency, Dum Dum, Kolkata, W.B.) in the month of 20th Aug-2014 and I registered a complain against this Gas Cylinder last week. But unfortunately I did not received response from IOC or their authorised distributor i.e. - Dum Dum Gas Supply Agency, Dum Dum Road (Registered - Ph no[protected]. On 20th Aug 2014 my parents received gas from the distributor people and they deny to weight the gas before supply my parents has told the Gas supply person that the weight is not all right but the Gas person argue with my aged parents and supply the low weight gas. I have used only 8days and I have taken next Gas whereas one Cylinder takes one month. As this is festival month and I have pay full Cylinder amount so please replace my GAS in this festival month so that my family can enjoy this festival. Looking forward for your kind response.
