Indane — Technical complaint-booking exists even long after delivery

Technical complaint- consumer no.[protected]. Sir, I have booked a refill cylinder on 10.01.15(booking no.447860) and delivery was received on 05.02.15 cash memo no.[protected] and delivery message was received on 05.02.15. But I am not able to book the new refill as the system says that the booking of 10.01.15 already exists. Several times I have taken up the matter with the agency and made complaint to Indane through online many times. But still the issue is not solved. Since this is a technical issue request your involvement to remove the existing booking, so that I can book the new refill.
