Indane — There is no proper reponse from Indane gas distributer

My consumer number is CX7296845. I have booked the GAS refill on Jan 8th and cash memo is generated on Jan 9th. From that day onwards we are trying to reach the Distributor but no one is picking the call. Some times they are picking the phone but they are not taking/responding to the customer. They are placing the receiver at side. This is what happening always. Today is Jan 19th, Still the gas refill was not delivered and not responding to the customer calls.
