Indane — Unable to receive Subsidy in my Bank Account

Dear Sir, I am a customer of IOC having LPG ID[protected] & Consumer no-CX2244728 under Distributor Code-160794 and my bank account also linked with this ID. Earlier I have received subsidy in my bank account. But unfortunately without knowing one day I have clicked in the Subsidy give up option given in the Customer portal of IOC. After that my subsidy is blocked from their end. Their after I have requested them for two times to cancel that option so that I can receive Subsidy as earlier through their portal. But nothing is done from their end. So, my humble request to you please cancel the subsidy give up option in my LPG ID[protected] & Consumer no-CX2244728 so that subsidy is available for me.
