Indane — Unique Gas Service- Barrackpore - Consumer no. 4628209 -not giving any reciept when submitted regulator and cylinder

Today i.e. on 14/01/2015 i myself went for closing/blocking the consumer no. 4628209 dated 23/02/2008 which was transferred from ABHIYASH INDANE BHILAI. Both my parents died in 2012 [Sept] and 2014 [Sept] and i wanted to close this account. The office people told me to submit the cylinder and regulator along with the written application and gas Consumer Card which I did most humbly and after keeping those in their custody they refused to give any receipt on paper not even a word or signature. They said come and talk to the owner...when ?? day after tomorrow or some other day... The Indane office is quite far from my residence and many atimes I travel to other states...
