Dear Sir,
I am an Indane Gas customer, based in Gurgaon, Haryana. Customer number assigned to me is 853738 and the agency assigned to my connection is Golden Gas Agency based in Palam Vihar, Gurgaon-122017 with owners mobile no. [protected].
My problem is the unprofessional Gas Agency.It never gives any re-fill before 20 days to a months time.It takes it's customers in a very casual manner. When we call them to make a booking, they never pick up the phone. When we want to make a booking by email they never acknowledge. Whenever we request them to provide us the telephone no of the area manager from the Indane Gas, they say they don't have, whereas I cannot believe this.
For long delivery period they always say that their is a big backlog and once it is cleared we will deliver. I would like to know is it correct. My parents in Delhi never face this problem and their Indane Gas Ageny never takes more than a week's time from booking to deliver the re-filled cylinder. Then why this agency" Golden Gas"in Gurgaon ?
I would request you to please take a note of it and take action against this rogue Gas Agency Owner who is taking the public for big ride.
Even the IVR number for the complaints ie;[protected] is never picked manually. I tried 10 times today and every time it goes on automated voice. Could you please sort this out as well ?
