Indane.co.in — registration for new user not permitted

While trying for new registration in the relevant page after giving the information details the information of "consumer no." or "17 digit consumer id" is not standing on the plea that it is already existed. That means i'm already registered. But i cann't memorize the user id and password. While asking for user id and password in the relevant section it demands for my e-mail id. After giving the e-mail id it prompts that e-mail id is not registered.
How can i then register myself as a new user or revive my old user id and password? Please help as this is the only gateway to know everything about lpg booking status etc. Or anything like that. Thanks.
