Independent — channel are not coming properly we complained 2 time

Dear sir/ma'am

Today i am mailing you for the complaint for my set up box my step up box company is independent they make fake promise we paid 2500 rupees but after some time they are close so many channel (Movie ok, uti tv, uti action, hbo, &flix and lot of many hd and non hd channel close) without any information and rest of the channels were not working properly and then we complain so many time customers care no but they are not give proper responses. Some many time they don't even pick our call. Last 15 days all star tv channel is not coming every call they are give new insurances but till now i am wait they are saying that that if you want all channels so pay us extra or reduce your period.

There is lot of many independent customers facing same issue. My last hope is you. Please register my compalant and take a necessary action again this company
