Respected authority, I, vilas kunde, a subscriber of independent tv. I have purchased their setup box with one year freedom pack worth 2500/-. From 12th of june their services are all shut down. No service is provided by them. And no clear response given by their call executive of the company. I do request you to take serious action against them. Independent TV claim that they provide 1 year free subscription all tv channels after march this company cut lots of tv channels and also have picture hanging problem occur many time in short poor in providing service but around 7 days Independent TV don't provide any service so I want refund from Independent TV

Lots of issues with independent tv and now all services are stopped thats why my wife left me so I don't want independent tv. I want my recharge amount back.
Only refund my money my bcoz company is not fulfill your commitment I m purchasing independent tv set up box and the company is saying 1 year free channels of recharge done and the channels are less day by day customer care has not take the calls .we are contacting continue to customer care but they are busy
