From dated 11th January, there are not any channel are coming on my television. I have reliance big TV set top box. While I call to customer care they told me that your set top box will be replaced with Independent TV set top box. And they asked me to pay Rs.799 for set top box. They said within one week your set top box will replaced with independent TV set top box. I was informed that issues many times them. Every time they said the issue will be fixed within 48 hours but no one called me back to check or fix the issue yet, and nothing happen till date. I have deposited Rs. 2600 for 2 year subscription on dated[protected]Rs. 100) and[protected]Rs. 2500). I have already given the money to you then why you are guys not replacing my set top box with new one.
