[Resolved] Independent TV — independent tv not working and frauding customers | |||
I am suffering the following complaint: I got new independent connection in december 2018 for 12 months and from the day, independent tv has been setup in my home, there is always some problem with the provider. First they remove hd channels which are promised me to be Available for 12 months, after that some more channels are unavailable and now there is no channel available.i want to take strict action against provider and want my money back. They are fraud . They have cheated consumers. TRAI should take strict action against provider.. Was this information helpful? | |||

no . 551159. But still technician not visit at location. Each and every time customer care false commitment. Technical person is not visit in 48 hours.
I have sent the email to nodal officer and trying to contact officer but no reply .
